Android runs on Nokia N900

Android OS that runs the Nokia N900 is not a new surprise
. A group named NTDroid Project just a few days ago tried to install this OS in teh Nokia N900. They succeed
for this experiment. In this experiment they used Android 2.2 Froyo.

Nokia is really good, Android they installed even four times faster than Eclair or popular brabded as Android 2.1.

In their publication in youtube, Froya whuich used in this experiment  kernel version Froyo
2.6.28-e-yes omap1 @ maemo-SDK # 33, seem a little slower than
Maemo.

In addition, not all features Froyo run smoothly on the Nokia N900.
In the demo video on YouTube, Froyo which runs on maemo mobile phones
was unable to detect the battery status, phone numbers, and
network.

In related with sound, Froyo is able to run smoothly in the N900, including
when using earphones. However, for setting an option, N900 rejected the presence of Froyo.

it appeared a message on mobile phone screen:
"Sorry! The Application Settings (com.android.settings process) has
stopped unexpectedly. Please try again, "

The result gives a chance N900 can not further through
application settings menu. Froyo conclusions can already run on
N900. It's just way less 'working'
