QR reader, what is that?
If you buy some magazines or printed products, and try to see more detail, sometimes you see a rectangle that contains the black boxes is arranged randomly. What is that actually? is there any typo’s?
That picture (boxes) is called QR-code. If we usually see the barcodes on food product and beverages, the QR Code is an advanced newly code.
QR code has more capacity than bar codes. Bar codes can store only numeric or letters code. While QR Code can store the url links, graphical coordinates, text.
Barcode can store only 20 digits, while QR code can store 4296 characters. The product makers can store not just product code but they can store description of the products.
Maybe you are being curious, how we can read QR code? Every phone with Symbian can read this code, include our Nokia. Just download this apps: QR reader from h t t p://reader.kaaywa.com through your browser from your Nokia, follow the instruction, and after that you can use your Nokia as QR reader.
